This is a legally established property that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time. Waters Edge is a wonderful retreat! The house has an unobstructed view of the ocean at all times. Listening to the rhythm of the ocean your stay is truly sweet serenity. Blue waters are only with in your reach. Built on a beach point, you can see the house from miles away, along the hauula coastline. Seashell and beach decor gives the feel of home as you enjoy your stay at Hauula Hale. Just a short 20 minute drive and youre out of the "country" and back in the "town". Far enough to get-a-way" yet close enough to a faster pace of life. A mile south at Kualoa Ranch, you can take tours of horseback riding to dune buggys, ATVs or more. Towards the North is our famous North Shore. There you will find many specialty shops, restaurants, surfing activities and much more. **All homes come with a starter set of paper supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags. Should you run out it is the guests responsibility to supply themselves for their stay. The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30-day rental period will be communicated to guest upon booking. All rates quoted will be based on a 30 day period. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
