Kihei Sands is a small boutique OCEANFRONT Property that is situated on Sugar Beach, Maui's longest beach. The beach is clean and unpopulated with beautiful views stretching for miles in either direction. A5 is Beautifully Renovated to the studs BEACHFRONT groundfloor 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Condo at Kihei Sands (Sleeps 2 Max). **State of Hawaii and Maui County require us to collect 17.42% TAX on all vacation rentals. Hawaii tax feature is NOT currently supported on Airbnb billing systems. Airbnb rates DO NOT INCLUDE THESE TAXES, so I will send you a SEPARATE REQUEST for Hawaii Tax Payment. I will be requesting an ADDITIONAL 17.962% HAWAII VACATION RENTAL TAX through Airbnb Resolution Center within 24 Hours of your booking. It is sent separately so as not to have Airbnb add on their fees to the amount. Hawaii Tax must be PAID 72 HOURS AFTER BOOKING OR AT LEAST 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE, Whichever is Sooner. Reservations that made less than 60 days prior to arrival date requires Hawaii Tax Payment within 24 HOURS of BOOKING. A5 has been COMPLETELY renovated, using only the highest quality furnishings, appliances, linens, furniture and details, all with your COMFORT in mind. The common areas at Kihei Sands include a beautiful tiled pool with whale mosaics on the bottom, beachfront lawn with lounge chairs, large dining tables with umbrellas and BBQ area with 2 commercial gas grills, all with ocean views. The property faces West so you can enjoy each Happy Hour from either your private lanai or down in the pool area or oceanfront deck and watch the Magnificent Maui SUNSET skies. A short walk down the beach to the south, you'll find a Farmers Market, an ABC Store, Sugar Beach Bake Shop and Ululani's Shave Ice (rated #1 on Maui). Right next door to the north, you'll enjoy local tavern called Dina's Sandwitch for casual dining with a full bar. Of course, by car there are abundance options from casual dining in South Kihei to fine dining in Wailea and Mama's Fish House in Paia. You can drive to Safeway, Foodland, Costco, Target, Walmart and local shops. For your shopping needs, you will find everything from souvenir T-shirts to expensive high-end Louis Vuitton handbags to Rolex watches to fine jewelry creations at Tiffany & Co in the Shops of Wailea. The condo location is Centrally Located on the island. It is easy to get to Wailea, Lahaina, Kaanapali, Kahului and Paia from here. By the way, you are about 15 MINUTES from the AIRPORT. Both check-in and check-out are easy for this condominium. Prior to guests arriving at the property, a code is provided which allows guests to open the keyless entry front door. There are no keys to pick up or drop-off, so guests are free to simply let themselves in at any time after the check-in time which is 2 pm. Check-out is equally effortless: guests are free to simply depart at any time prior to the 10 am check-out time on their final day. Owner will be your main contact via email, text and phone. You will also have a local on-island contact name and phone number for emergency. A short walk down the beach to the south, you'll find a Farmers Market, an ABC Store, Sugar Beach Bake Shop and Ululani's Shave Ice.
