You can walk to the most beautiful golf club in Waipahu, Royal Kunia Country Club in couple minutes. You will have your private two bedrooms, one huge living room, one big kitchen, one bathroom(in master bedroom) and a small back-yards. The only sharing part is the laundry space in the garage. It's high ceiling designed home, all brand new furniture and decorations. It has one living room, one full kitchen, one bedroom with a queen bed, one large master bedroom with a queen bed, a twin sofa bed and a full bathroom. Hang out with your families in the nice lanai, then take a fresh breath in the cozy backyard. You will have the entire place of the two bedroom with a private entrance. The washer/dryer are located in the garage. There is one free assigned parking in the driveway in front of the garage (or plenty street parking slots nearby). Royal Kunia is one of the best neighborhoods in Waipahu. Very quiet and also the high-end neighborhoods in Waipahu area. The neighborhood is really close to the natural, so around the house there might be some animal friends and bugs, please consider it when you book it. Easy to access H1 freeway. The bathroom is in the master bedroom. Please note that we only have two ACs, one is in the dining room, one is in one of the bedrooms. No music and TV after 9:30pm according to the neighborhood association. We use a solar water heater to conserve the energy. If there are multiple cloudy days in a row then sometimes the hot water is not warm enough. You can go to the garage to turn on the electrical heater switch to get the instant hot water.
