Makaha is the quiet end of Oahu, with great hiking trails, fantastic beaches, plenty of sea life including Sea Turtles resting on the beach, great sunsets (you are on the West Side) great surfing and snorkeling, and marina. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. We have 2 beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler located in the closet. You are welcome to take the elevator to the 20th floor for an even better view the Makaha Valley and Pacific Ocean. Rental Car Guest Parking is $15 per day You have access to all Condominium Features such as a beautiful heated pool, propane BBQ's, Laundry Facilities, 24 hour security Excellent walking & hiking trails are just outside the gate. $2/ride - 24 hour bus service to nearby shopping, in and out of Waikiki and Airport, and can take the bus all the way around Oahu Island with a few transfers. We are always only a phone call or an email away and available to assist you with anything during your stay. As well our onsite Manager is there to help or answer any questions you may have. Our Neighbourhood is very safe, well maintained, has many outdoor features such as great hiking trails and many plants and animals native to Hawaii residing nearby. 18 Hold Makaha Valley Country Club Golf Course is within walking distance. World Renowned Makaha Beach is within walking distance, but we normally drive the 5 minutes because we like to bring our Beach Chairs, Cooler, Umbrella, etc. Makua Beach, and Yokohama Beach are a short drive away, both are fabulous! Kaena Point State Park is a short drive away with great views and hiking opportunities. 24 hour bus service right to our main gate can take you anywhere around Oahu. About 2.5 hours by bus to Waikiki (or a 1 hour drive by car) We highly recommend renting a car during your stay as Makaha is at a quiet end of the Island (not urban) and having the use of a vehicle is essential. 30 Day Rental Agreement will be issued. You may book to come and go anytime in your 30 day block of time. Makaha Towers is very secure and safe, you will enjoy your time here! Hawaii State and Transient Taxes will be charged after your booking.
