This unit is downstairs and part of a older, local-style, 4-plex home. It includes parking, a queen size bed, full-bath with SHOWER STALL, and kitchenette (hotplate, full sink, microwave, toaster-oven, full-size fridge) and WiFi. This unit has its own entrance and sliding glass door. We are located in lower-Makakilo, just above the city of Kapolei which has Wal-mart, Costco, Ka Makana Mall, and many fast-food restaurants and dining. Nothing fancy, just a clean, private, 1-bedroom downstairs unit in an older, local-style, 4-plex house. Cable TV, queen size bed, full bath and kitchenette are in the unit. A grill, washing machine with line dry, beach supplies, parking for one car, etc are included. We are near Disney's Aulani resort and Ko'olina Resort on the West Side of the Island. Guests will have full access to their unit. This unit is NOT shared with anyone else. I am hardly there but can be reached 24/7 by email, text or on this airbnb messaging system. We live in quiet cul-de-sac with long-time neighbors. neighbors and tenants are friendly, but please DO NOT ask them for anything regarding the unit. My phone is on 24/7 & will be glad to help you as soon as I receive your message. We are very close to a bus stop for the city bus called THE BUS. But, we highly recommend getting a car to get the most out of what Oahu has to offer. This is not a party place. The walls are made of single-wall construction and all excessive noise can be disturbing to other guests. Therefore, we ask that quiet hours are observed between the hours of 10pm and 8am. Also, since there is no cleaning fee, we ask that guests 'quick-clean' before leaving the unit. If unit is left excessively dirty, such as, but not limited to, trash left behind, cans, bottles, uncooked food, stained towels and linens, there will be a cleaning/replacement fee/charge.
