The kitchen has new appliances, koa wood cabinets and granite counter tops. The expanded bedroom has a king size bed, a desk, a flat screen TV and a bathroom. For additional guests, living room has a sofa bed and bedroom has a Beautyrest Queen raised airbed mattress.
