Our oceanfront unit is located at the Napili Point resort with absolutely amazing views of pristine blue water, turtles, whales and surf! Great mountain, ocean and sunset views. Best snorkeling in Maui right out front. Beautiful unit granite countertops, full kitchen and a big screen TV. Steps to Napili Bay beach. Washer/dryer inside, free WIFI, and parking directly in front of the unit. 2 oceanfront pools on the grounds. * Tax included in rental rate. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1000 sqft unit. Full kitchen with a view, living room with a view, basically you look at the ocean all day! Downstairs bedroom with king size bed and full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Upstairs loft style bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, sink, shower, and great ocean view. Brand New ICE COLD Air Conditioning throughout the condo, just installed in October 2021. We recently made some other upgrades to the condo including new mattresses and bedding, kitchen supplies and small appliances, décor, bathroom towels, and much more! Also recently installed are outdoor solar blinds to control temperature and light. Lastly, all new high bar style table and four chairs for the lanai. You can use the A/C, or if you prefer there is a great breeze that blows through the unit with the windows open in the front and rear, with ceiling fans in all the rooms it is very comfortable. There is also an adjustable automatic solar shade on the balcony which will block 90% of sun entering the unit in the afternoon if you choose to have it down. PARKING PERMIT Each vehicle is required to have a parking pass. Get a parking pass at the front desk. If you arrive late and the office is closed, the next day is fine. SUPPLIES We provide an initial supply of tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, bath soap, laundry and dish detergent, clean bed linens, and towels. We do not replenish products during your stay. If you need additional supplies, there are multiple stores a short walk or drive away. BEACH RENTALS Typically, there is beach equipment (e.g. chairs, snorkels, body boards, etc.) and supplies available in the condo, however, oftentimes they may not be returned by previous guests. Boss Frog’s and Snorkel Bob’s are excellent places that rent out snorkel gear, bicycles, surfboards, stand up paddle boards, body boards, and flotation devices. They also have other beach rental items such as chairs, umbrellas, and coolers, and you can book excursions and activities here too. There is a Snorkel Bob’s within a 5 minute walk from the unit.
