Located just a short walk to the Mauna Lani Beach Club, The Shops at Mauna Lani, Fairmont Hotel, Puakō Petroglyph Park, and stunning golf courses, this place has everything you will need for your time here. Guests have access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club as well as swimming pools and a fitness center. We also provide bikes, beach equipment, and a parking pass for one car during your stay. Featuring three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one half bathroom, a full kitchen, and a large living/dining area, this house is perfect for your home away from home. Use it as your space to gather with friends and family or just as a quiet retreat for you and your loved ones. As you enter the residence, you will find yourself greeted with a cozy entryway leading to the large living/dining room. Next to that you will find the master bedroom with the cavernous bathroom fully equipped with a shower, a bathtub, his & hers sinks, and a walk in closet. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, while the other has two twin beds, as well as a bathroom placed right beside them. The entire residence is covered with fast wireless connection, so you can always keep on top of all your favorite media or even set up a remote work station to stay connected while you’re here. At the back of the house you will find a patio facing a serene garden, where you can use the built in grill to fire up your favorite bbq recipes. Ready to explore the outside? You can use the included bikes in the garage to take a short ride to the public beach at the Fairmont Hotel. While you’re there use the provided beach gear to enjoy your time there. If you’re looking for some more, take a quick trip to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club, which has one of the best bays for snorkeling, kayaking, and paddle boarding on the entire island. If you prefer to stay near home, you can try out the community’s lap and recreational pools, just a short walk from the house. If you want to get a workout in while you’re on the trip, you can try out the fully equipped gym there too. You have access the the entire home and patio, as well as the shared community spaces such as the lap pool, recreational pool, fitness center, and lounge area. You also have access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club. If you’re planning on going somewhere nearby, you can use one of the bikes provided or just take a stroll around the neighborhood. Please note that any additional fees incurred for lost key replacement and HOA parking violations will be charged to the guest. Amenity Access - The residence comes with keys to access the Mauna Lani Beach Club, as well as the Kulalani community pool & fitness center. - Lost beach club card or fitness center key replacement fee: $250 Parking Space - The unit comes with a parking pass for one car. There are several designated parking spots around the community, especially near the mail and pool areas. Please park only in one of these clearly marked parking spaces.
