We are close to beaches, Hanalei town-bay, hiking, shopping and other outdoor activities. Our Lux Studio is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers that want comfort in a Modern Hawaii décor setting. This rental is for 2 Units (Side A-Aloha and Side B-Ohana) can be used as two independent studios or leave inner door entrances open and use as one complete unit with 2 studios/2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 lanais with approximately 1000 sq ft of living space for a maximum of four people; This is a NEW rental Concept. This Modern Timeless “ALOHA” Studio (Unit 1202-Side A with FULL Kitchen) and ""OHANA" Studio (Unit 1202-Side B with Kitchenette) “COMPLETELY Remodel” Is Nestled in Building 1 (Hale Ekahi) on the Second Floor of “The Cliffs at Princeville Resort” which is located on the north shore of the Garden Island of Kauai. The Cliffs lies within the Princeville Resort on 22 acres of lush tropical garden land - called the "Cliffs" because of its situation on a high bluff, overlooking the north Pacific. Unit 1202 (Side A) – “ALOHA” Studio features a King size bed, FULL GOURMET KITCHEN, inside dining and social area, and private lanai where you may dine outside with a “lush tropical botanical” garden view. Parking is easy and wireless is provided by “The Cliffs at Princeville” throughout the complex. The full kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances, has a range, refrigerator, coffee pot, rice cooker, toaster, blender and dishwasher. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with modern tile and fixtures. Laundry Machine: Washer and Dryer provided in the Foyer. Unit 1202 (Side B) – “OHANA” Studio features a Queen size bed, Expertly Designed kitchenette, inside dining and social area, and private lanai where you may dine outside with a frontal garden view. Parking is easy and wireless is provided by the “The Cliffs at Princeville” throughout the complex. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster OVEN, rice cooker, SINGLE ELECTRIC BURNER, BBQ utensils (Unit is very close to one of on-site BBQ grill and can be use for daily cooking) and blender (dishes, pots and pan included). Access to a laundry machine shared with 1202 (Side A) – “ALOHA” Studio is provided in the Foyer. The bathroom features a walk in shower with modern tile and fixtures. “The Cliffs at Princeville” complex is located on the Bluffs overlooking the Pacific and features tennis courts, half-court basketball, a newly renovated pool with waterfall, Fitness Center, Croquet, Tennis Courts, Putting Green, Horseshoes, Shuffle Board, private adult Jacuzzi, Bike Rental, Club House with Huge TV and Book rental, Computer Center to print boarding passes, several Outside BBQ Grills and more... Concierge located next to the business center is “FREE”, and the staff is more than happy to help/suggest or plan/reserve any activity you desire. “The Cliffs at Princeville” is located close to two of the outstanding golf courses in Hawaii, with the number one rated golf course in Hawaii, the Prince Course, as well as the highly regarded and much less difficult (but still challenging) Makai course nearby. “The Cliffs at Princeville” is close to shopping, many restaurants and the world-famous 1 Hotel Hanalei Resort. **********WHAT MAKES OUR UNIT SPECIAL:*********** This is our first "COMPLETELY" Remodel Vacation Rental that we have taken on to reflect our OWN Personal TOUCH for this Garden Island. It has beautiful Crown Molding and special Artwork throughout unit. We want to share our labor of love for this island with a moderately priced rental that all can experience. Each piece of furniture and artwork was specifically chosen to reflect our Kauai LOVE and thoughts. Our unit is one of a "very few" at the Cliffs Resort with 2 Separate Living Studios rented as One Whole Unit (Parents on one side with kids/friends/in-law parents on the other side sharing same foyer; this is a NEW rental concept). We provide "free" to our guests, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and igloos while other units may not offer. ==>There are Weekly on-site activities such as: Farmers Market, Yoga on the bluff, Lei making & Hula classes, Wine and Beer tasting & Food Truck night. (Some of these activities may be on hold due to Covid fy 2023-2024) SPECIAL Note: (1) Does Kauai Have A Night Scene? Not really ... If you are looking for nightlife, you should probably stay in Honolulu. (2) Correction: NO snorkeling gear/beach blanket provided but instead 2 boogie boards, igloo, beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs and 2 rain umbrellas are provided under beach amenities. (3) ***NO AIR CONDITIONING*** at “The Cliffs at Princeville”. One large Ceiling Fan inside the Room for trade winds air circulation. Additional portable fan in closet. It is part of the resort's overall mission to reduce our carbon footprint. (4) There is a full Kitchen on Side A and a kitchenette on side B, this rental is for 2 Unit Studio perfect for a group of four maximum. (5) Studio condo is on the 2nd floor and a flight of stairs must be climbed. (6) Only starter kits are provided for Shampoo, Soap, Laundry Detergent, Dish Soap and Toilet Paper...For extended stays, you will need to purchase on your own for these items. All Guest must check in and check out at lobby front desk. Guest will be issued key card for main front door to enter foyer and parking pass. Our Studio does not have a phone landline, please go to the front desk for assistance. Please know our studio condo is on the 2nd floor, and a flight of stairs must be climbed. Guests have access to everything, including the putting green, tennis courts, pool, kids' playground, small workout gym, bocce ball, shuffleboard and all the other amenities. The Cliffs also features classes including basket weaving, cliff-side yoga, pilates, introduction to scuba, cooking classes, food trucks, farmers market, craft fairs, on-site mini library, and botanical tours. It is the one of the best location on the North side of Kauai to view Whales during the months of April and May, from the its own "Private" property bluff. The Cliffs is located close to two outstanding golf courses in Hawaii, with the number one rated golf course in Hawaii, the Prince Course, as well as the highly regarded and much less difficult (but still challenging) Makai course nearby. Unless you’re on a fairly leisurely schedule, you’ll need a car or other motorized vehicle to see and do everything on Kauai, which has one major road—one lane in each direction, in most places—that rings the island except along the Napali Coast. During rush hour, from about 6 to 9am and 3 to 6pm, the road between Lihue and Kapaa—the central business district—can turn into a giant parking lot, even with a third, “contra-flow” lane whose direction is determined by time of day. Bypass roads in Kipu (when heading north from Poipu) and Kapaa (when heading south) can alleviate some of the stress, but plan accordingly. Note: The top speed is 50mph, with many slower sections in residential and business areas. Addresses in this chapter will use Kaumualii Highway (Hwy. 50) and Kuhio Highway (Hwy. 56/560), following local convention. Since highway addresses can be hard to spot (if marked at all), directions may be given with mile marker numbers, cross streets, and/or the descriptors mauka (toward the mountains) and makai (toward the sea). By Car--All of the major car-rental agencies are represented on Kauai.
