Jet Skiing, deep sea fishing, golfing, surfing, hiking, parasailing are within minutes of the home. The all rooms in the home has a split air conditioning unit. The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30-days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. Rates based on a 30 day rental period. The home is located on exclusive Koko Marina in Hawaii kai. Many watersports along with golfing, hiking, surfing, cycling, fishing are all available. There are many famous restaurants like Roy's, Outback, Kona Brewery, and many more. 3 nearby shopping centers to choose from. We do have a bus stop located near the home however it is advisable for the guest to rent a car for their stay. We have parking up to 3 cars. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND DISCLOSURES: 1.
