You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!  A short drive away are the six (6) of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.  The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven (7) challenging courses all within 7 miles of our villa.  Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find super-market, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.  For larger groups ask us about renting homes next door / across the street so the entire group can all stay near each other. After your booking is accepted on Airbnb you will receive a copy of our home use agreement. We require this to be signed and returned in order to confirm your booking. IMPORTANT: Although the Homeowner Association (HOA) schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Guests are reminded to keep lanai/patio doors closed especially at night. If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
