The Noise during this time shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. (B) Sound that is Audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than otherwise associated with a residential area. (C) Parking is on the driveway (garage is not available for parking). Two cars can park (one after the other). (D) The unit shall not be used for commercial purposes. Villa has 4 adult and 2 kids bikes that you are welcome to use. It is a nice 20 minutes walk, 10 mins run, or 2 mins car ride to the beach club house, the beach, the stores, and the closest restaurant. The quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. The Villa is on two floors. Second floor has a large den. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Downstair bedroom has a queen size bed and upstair master-bedroom has a king bed. Second bedroom upstairs has a king size bed too. The den has two regular twin size opening ottoman-beds with high quality memory foam mattresses.
