The home is located in the prestigious Champion Ridge gated community which is just a short mile drive to the private Beach Club and Napua's restaurant. This spectacular home is surrounded by lush gardens and features a gigantic backyard oasis with a natural stone heated pool and hot tub. The home offers 4 spacious master bedrooms and a 5th guest bedroom. Three master bedrooms have a king bed and the fourth master bedroom has a queen bed. All master bedrooms have a private en-suite bathroom, it's own television and are furnished with a lovely Tommy Bahama Collection. The fifth bedroom (guest bedroom) has two twin beds. Vaulted ceilings and large plantation shutter windows provide natural ventilation or centralized air conditioning is available throughout the home as well as free WIFI access. This home will comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious covered lanai, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, WIFI at no charge, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and gas BBQ. As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs), Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club, Mauna Lani Tennis Shop and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale. Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited. The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax on the rent and additional fees.
