The recently remodeled kitchen has been outfitted with all the comforts of home, including in-sink garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cutlery and utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, cooking spices and pots and pans. This condo has flat screen television in the living room and the bedroom. The kitchen also has a washer/dryer, towels/linens and a beautiful spacious lanai offers outstanding ocean views. Your lanai is furnished with a love-seat for taking in the ocean views, nightly sunsets and whale watching (in season). You have central air conditioning for your comfort! You also have free high-speed WiFi, and a DVD player are available on the living room TV. You will appreciate the local artwork created by Maui's own artists. A short 20-minute drive from the airport, Kamaole Beach Royale Resort is ideally located in South Kihei, just across the street from Kamaole Beach 1, the nicest swimming beach on Maui. This fabulous location is within walking distance to many amenities such as restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We do recommend renting a car on Maui if you plan to see some of the wonderful sights; there also is an inexpensive public transit system. All rates include Hawaii state taxes of 14.425%.
