The work is in the empty grass field on the east side of Honua Kai (non-ocean side) beyond the path that circles the bowl between the two towers. These are 2 story homes. A fence was constructed to limit dust and views of the work. This unit, Konea 106, will have a view of part the construction site / fence from the lanai. Construction / fence may be seen from the south facing windows when looking out at an angle. Konea 106 will be impacted but should be one of the less impacted units due to its distance from the construction area and ground floor location. Prices reflect discounts for construction.
