Cottage has all of it's own amenities, including washer/dryer and parking-only thing shared is the driveway! Has a queen bed in the loft and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Not suitable for any more than 2 adults. Kitchen has all necessities EXCEPT for an oven. Has propane grill on the lanai. Fully furnished with all linens, including beach towels and wifi! ** This property only accepts one booking per 30 day period.
