This sweet space is the perfect place to come home to after a day of relaxing or adventuring in Hawaii. The unit features a comfortable queen size bed, kitchenette, and breakfast nook or pau hana (happy hour) bar, you decide-- this is your vacation to enjoy! You’ll be delighted with the majestic panoramic view from this 35th-floor studio in the Hawaiian Monarch. This sweet space ensures a great night's sleep with a comfortable queen-size bed, A/C, Wifi, and Flat screen smart-TV. You will be happy and comfortable staying here! The condo has beautiful ocean and sunset or sunrise views. There is an AC unit for extra comfort if needed. This unit is truly a gem, well-maintained, and just a short walk to Waikiki, beaches, shopping, restaurants, and more! We are in an excellent location in the world-famous Waikiki -- you’re walking distance from the beach and on the way, you'll pass all kinds of restaurants, bars, and shops! The location really couldn't be better! In Waikiki, a car is not needed, as Uber, the Bus, or the bike rental system, Biki bikes, is super easy. Many people only rent a car for the days they are exploring the island, the choice is yours! Besides the privacy of this lovely unit, you also have access to many other building amenities and features: - Large swimming pool, hot tub & sundeck. - BBQ's and tables set up on the sundeck for your enjoyment. - Gym in building for one-time $5 fee (sign up in security office) - Very secure building with keycard access to elevators & 24-hour security and cameras - Car, motorcycle, scooter, & mini-coupe rental companies in the lobby - Sundries Mart for small needs in lobby - Restaurants & bar on property - Parking on Premises ($35/day) hours cash only)within/out privileges. - Laundry facility that takes credit & debit cards - Full time security staff in place You’re in an ideal location to walk everywhere, or you can Uber, rent a BIKI bike from one of the many stations around Waikiki (download the app) or take The Bus (online maps have the schedule and routes for you, or Da Bus website as well!) You’re in such a great location you won’t need a car, but if you choose to rent one, please note that parking in Waikiki is expensive everywhere. There is a privately-owned parking garage in the building, which is $35/day and cash only, or there is very limited free parking on the surrounding streets, but be sure to check for tow signs. Many people only rent a car for the days they are exploring the island. Also, there are many high-quality excursions you can go on, where they pick you up at the hotel and give you a guided experience and you don't have to worry about where to park when you get there! Building amenities include salt-water pool, hot tub, bbq area, activities and rental car desk, breakfast cafe, coffee shop, restaurants, pool bar, mini-mart, gym ($5), ice-machine, vending machine, laundry ($) and parking (Cash only $) Fantastic location, located easy distance from the world famous Waikiki Beach, with loads of shopping and dining options, Ala Moana Beach Park and Shopping Mall, and the Hawaii Convention Center-- you're in the perfect location to enjoy all of it! Waikiki is an easy (and beautiful!) city to walk in, and I highly recommend you do so! We also have a great Bus system (The Bus Honolulu), a bikeshare system (BIKI), Uber, and Lyft The best thing about Waikiki is that everything is walking distance. You really only need to rent a car for days you want to venture out to other parts of the island. There is a popular smart car rental company called 808 Smart Cars in the building. When you rent from them, the parking garage is discounted to $10 a day We're taking extra care to disinfect all hard surfaces for your safety. Please note that Airbnb will charge the Hawaii State taxes required on each rental, which are General Excise Tax of 4.712% and Transient Accommodations Tax of 10.25%. The building and elevators are security-controlled 24 hours for your peace of mind. The address is 444 Niu St., Waikiki Honolulu, Hawaii 96815 No pets, please. With travel restrictions changing so quickly during the COVID-19 worldwide pandemic, I highly recommend buying travel insurance as a safety net for unforeseen travel restrictions that may be mandated by the state of Hawaii.
