Ocean & garden view upscale condo. New central AC. Providing comforts of home, my property has recently been renovated: new vinyl plank flooring and carpets, Smart TV, and freshly stocked linens/kitchen items. Condo is nestled within a 2 story structure along with only 5 others, bringing more privacy and charm to your experience. It is a short stroll to the pool, jacuzzi, fitness gym, and to a beach. 8 min walk to many restaurants & shops, and it is centrally located for exploring the island. My home is the perfect place for many. Though centrally located in Kailua Kona, the condo feels private and quiet. And though some of the best beaches on the island are only a 15 minute drive away, Honl's Beach, across the street from our gated complex, is a winner too. It has a sandy beach and also a grassy area and picnic benches too. It is an easy place to relax and also to watch the sunset. Downtown is a modest 8 minute walk away where one can enjoy waterfront restaurants, live music, and shopping. This is a two story unit, and it feels spacious with a high ceiling in the living room on the main floor. Both bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are on the main floor. The ocean view loft provides a separate private area for sleeping and relaxing. The kitchen is stocked with many extra appliances - such as a coffee bean grinder, rice cooker, food processor/blender, and food storage containers. On the lanai there are generally beach items for use - such as chairs, umbrella, ice chest, boogie board, etc. BBQ grills are available for use down by the poolside/jacuzzi area. Nestled like a tree house above nearby palms, my favorite time on the lanai is in the morning with some coffee. And watching the sun set from the beach across the street is also part of our easy island living. Guests have access to the entire condo. I will not be staying here during your visit. There are 2 appointed parking spaces, one is covered and one is uncovered. This unit is within a gated community and therefore there is no through street traffic - which gives guests a more peaceful experience & also privacy. Community access available for pool, hot tub, gym, and bbq grills. I like to give travelers their privacy. I will always call or text guests when they arrive to make sure that they have what they need. I am a Big Island resident, but I may or may not be on island during a guests stay. I do have two on island representatives nearby should my guests need anything in my absence. It is a centrally located gated community. The complex has both full time residents and travelers - people of all ages. Many people enjoy a stroll or run from the complex along the waterside and into town. Bring your hat. There is public transit, but most travelers rent cars so that they can explore the island. I highly recommend this option. Before your arrival, I will supply you with information that gives you traveling and lockbox codes/directions and also suggestions for some of the best destinations and activities on the island. Enjoy the fast wifi service and many cable channels. Have fun on this magical island that we call home!
