WE NOW ARE ONE OF THE FEW CONDOS AT MAUI BANYAN WITH AN EXTENDED LANAI. THE ENTIRE CONDO IS TILED TOO.

The condo (H306) is a one bedroom, 2 bath which is located on the third floor of the desirable H building. It is across the street from the popular, white sand KAMAOLE BEACH II. Swim, snorkel, paddle board, walk or just sit on the beach. Our building sits back from the road, and yet it is just a short walk to the beach.

We have FREE inter-island phone calls and unlimited calls to Mainland US and Canada. The WiFi access is FREE also.

Condo is great for couples, anniversaries, honeymoon, relaxing, families or a single person.

  • To open the door, tap the figures on the key pad. Do one number or symbol at a time. When they are all entered, a green light will come on. Turn the handle and open the door. Memorize this combination or have it written somewhere discreet, so you can re-enter the condo. This is a keyless entry. The front desk does not know your code, so you need to be sure you have memorized it or have it written somewhere. It might be good to enter it on your cell phone. You will be able to go directly to the condo to let yourself in the unit. There will be 2 hotel type keys in the condo that are for the building’s outside doors. These doors are locked later in the evening, so you only need to have them at night. Please leave these keys in the condo for the next guest. Instructions for the TV and wifi are in a binder in the condo. After you unload, you may park in any space in the garage not marked as “Reserved”. If you arrive after 10:00 pm, there are instructions on the office door or to the left of the door stating how to use the in-house phone to call for assistance. The unit should be cleaned and ready for your use. 
There will be linens, towels, starter kitchen and bathroom amenities, i.e. dish washing liquid,
dishwasher soap, paper towels, soap and toilet paper are provided but not replenished. We leave four beach towels, so there should always be some. 
The phone number in our unit is 808-874-2888. You may make free, unlimited
calls inter-island, to the US Mainland, and to Canada. Cancellation Policy: For a deposit refund, less a $150.00 fee, cancellation is required 60 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
No refunds are made for un-used nights regardless of cause.
Maximum occupancy is for four people. 
If you pay the deposit with a PayPal, we waive a charge fee. However, if you use PayPal for the balance, we need to charge a 3.5% (4% International) fee on the balance. 
Our unit is individually owned and decorated. Please do not remove linen, dishes or other items from the unit. Additional charges will be incurred for damages, lost items, or excessive check out cleaning caused by guests during their stay. 
Although we hire professional pest control services, your experience in the tropics may include pests, which cannot be completely controlled, such as insects, rodents, and friendly geckos. You may also experience dangerous ocean conditions, security issues, and strong sun. There are no lifeguards at the pools or at many of the beaches. We ask that you be aware of your surroundings and take appropriate precautions. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 
State Law prohibits Smoking in all areas open to the public, including vacation rental rooms and lanais. The condo is a No-Smoking area. There are smoking areas on the property away from the building. There is a hefty fine that will be passed onto you if this smoking rule is not followed. 
No towels, laundry or other objects or equipment are permitted on the lanai or railings. When you use any beach equipment from the condo, you do so at your own risk. 
Garbage must be placed in tied plastic bags before being deposited in trash bins
daily. Please wash off sand at the faucets along the sidewalk as you enter the resort. Thank you. The plumbing will back up if it is full of sand, so thank you for your cooperation. We have provided two air conditioners for your comfort and two ceiling fans, plus
a tower fan. If you feel the need for the air conditioner, please turn off the air conditioner when doors are open or when you leave the condo. Thank you. Maui has the highest electric rate in the nation, so we appreciate your consideration.
