Aloha and welcome! We are happy to offer you a simple, yet comfortable unit right here in the heart of downtown Hilo. Take a stroll- enjoy unique stores, do some light shopping, or grab a bite to eat. The Lobin-Hung building was constructed in 1926. Comprised of 40+ units some of which are local businesses (fronting the building). The entrance is only accessible by key, and the gate is kept closed at all times. Security cameras are installed at the main entrance and in all common walkways. Besides a few local businesses the apartment complex is home to a variety of tenants, from singles to small families. We are definitely a melting pot! The unit features band new: -ceiling fan -laminate flooring -kitchen counter and vanity -microwave -12 cup coffee pot -mini fridge -electric skillet -cups,fork,plates and bowls -tv with Netflix -new bathroom vanity *Please note there is no AC and no stove/oven in the unit This is the perfect base camp. Rest comfortable on a queen size mattress dressed with clean linens and a light quilt blanket. The directions to the unit (given prior to check in) are the designated areas for our guest as to ensure the quickest way to and from the unit. This helps to ensure their privacy and the privacy of other tenants as well. I give my guest space, but am available when needed. Living on site lets me respond to my guest quickly.
