This elegantly designed split level villa offers 2,414 square feet of indoor living and 967 of outdoor living, ideal for privacy and luxurious lounging. Pocket sliding glass doors from the living and dining area open to a generous covered lanai featuring a built in BBQ and wet bar. A regal single flight staircase greets you at the entrance to this serene retreat, inviting you to step in, relax and give way to the beauty and peace within.

The capacious living room, dining area, and kitchen occupy the upper level. Vaulted ceilings, upgraded bamboo flooring, sleek furnishings and natural light complement the villa’s open layout. Bold and minimalist, warm and earthy, a contemporary Asian aesthetic is expertly woven into the art and design throughout the home. Large flat screen TV and ample plush seating, dining table for six, and bar stools facing into the gourmet kitchen make this area the inherent social hub of the home. Pocket doors open out to the large upstairs lanai with seating for eight. Unwind and gaze out over golf course grounds, lava rock, and colorful foliage to the Pacific Ocean and glorious sunsets beyond. The kitchen offers high end appliances, bountiful countertops, plenty of storage area, and a view of the sea from the kitchen sink. A built in office nook with printer/scanner/copier resides at the far end of the kitchen with double doors that lead out to a cheerful breakfast balcony.



Downstairs, the spacious and refined Master bedroom features a king sized bed, covered wooden lanai with modern circular daybeds, and walk-in closet. Your rental comes with one 6-seater golf cart and one 4-seater golf cart for lighthearted and luxurious cruising around the exquisite Four Seasons Resort grounds. Boogie boards and beach cooler are also included for excursions full of fun in the surf and sun. This rental comes with complimentary use of a pack-and-play.

Once your reservation with us is confirmed, Four Seasons Resort Hualalai’s Club Concierge group will work with you directly to determine your preference regarding amenities access. Seasonally adjusted resort fees, paid directly to the resort, are calculated per person per day and are based on the age of each guest. Current resort fees are: Infants: Free (ages 0-4), Children: $32.50-$125 (ages 5-13), Adults: $65-$250 (Ages 14+). All residential rental guests in your party (not to exceed maximum occupancy) must either opt in or out as a group. The group may opt in for selected consecutive days (minimum of two days required) rather than for the entirety of the stay. Resort services, amenities and fees are subject to change at any time. Please inquire directly with the resort for the fees during your desired travel dates.
