By law, the property can not be rented or occupied by other tenants during any portion of the 30-day term covered by this agreement. This property has a pool with hot tub. Renter and their guest shall use the pool and hot tub at their own risk. Renter shall not permit the unsupervised use of pool and hot tub by children or their guest.
