Disney +, Hulu, and ESPN + are provided complimentary. Netflix and Amazon are available for you to use with your personal login.*** Kitchen is fully furnished and there is a large dining table for family meals. There is a laundry room where guests are able to do their laundry free of charge. Laundry pods/dryer sheets, iron/board are provided. Plenty of on-site parking with attached two-car garage. Security lights and porch lights for good nighttime visibility. Bedroom Configurations: Master Bedroom - King-sized bed; dresser; two nightstands; mirror and large 43" TV. Private bathroom with separate walk-in shower; tub; his and her closets Second Bedroom - Two twin-size beds. Large walk-in closet for storage and dresser Third Bedroom - Two twin-size beds. Large walk-in closet for storage and dresser Fourth Bedroom - This space is used as a game room for guests with a reclining couch; bean bags and floor mattress in closet if needed. Large 55" flat screen TV is prewired for quick connect should you choose to bring your own gaming console. Dining table/chairs; grill are provided Guests will use a keyless lock to access the house near the driveway on the side of the house. The door access code will be sent to you 24 hrs before your arrival date. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood located 2+ min to Goodfellow AFB front gate. PET POLICY - As animal lovers ourselves we strive to make you and your furry companions as comfortable as possible during your stay. We offer a range of pet-friendly amenities designed to accommodate pet owners and reduce the stress and anxiety your pet may experience while traveling. While our home is spacious, no more than two (2) pets are allowed per stay unless otherwise approved by Owner in writing. The Red Door Casa will collect a refundable $100 pet security deposit and a non-refundable pet occupancy fee of $50/pet. Pet deposit must be paid prior to check in. Please let us know if you will be traveling with pets so we can go over pet rules, send a payment request through Airbnb and add a special treat for your furry travel companion(s). Pets must be current on all flea/tick preventatives and rabies vaccine. Veterinarian documentation may be required. If you are bringing a dog, we would like if you would kennel them when away and provide a doggy bed that they can stay on, we do offer a kennel for your convenience. * *If pets are not disclosed we will seek help through Airbnb's Resolution Department to collect the extra fee along with an additional $50 charge.
