Our cozy place is part of Siwar Residences. Its coastal location is central within a walking distance from beach resorts, 5 minutes drive to Jeita grottos, 10 minutes to downtown Beirut central district, and 15 minutes to Byblos city. Underground parking is easily accessible along with free outdoor parking right next to the entrance. Although we are close to the main road, "very convenient for public transport", but our neighborhood is very quiet. Our studio is located inside a gated residential center, with 24/7 security and an underground car park. Friendly flexible administration officers and staff always ready to assist you during the day. The rooftop swimming pool is an amazing hang-out place with an outdoor restaurant/bar available from May 15 till September 30. Nice Gym, Insurance company, Tour agency and other businesses in the Business Center (-1 floor). Free access to a golden-sand beach 5 minutes away. Next door, on a walking distance, is a convenient gas station shop where you may buy, food, drinks and all your groceries. Major street food restaurants deliver to your door.
