Quiet, convenient Kailua home close to the beach, the center of town, and freeways. 30 days minimum rental. Please message if you’d like to book for days that are unavailable/blocked out, they often are available, this is just our main residence but we are extremely flexible and want to make it work with guests requests 😊 Cute and comfortable home in Kailua with a tropical, private backyard. There is a smart TV with multiple streaming options including Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, HBO Max, etc. We have books, games, WiFi and 3 bikes with bike locks available. We have beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and some foam surfboards and body boards for use. The living room has a split AC unit and a ceiling fan for additional breeze and the bedroom has AC, a ceiling fan and an air purifier. There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom with detergent. The beach is about a 5 min bike ride or a 2 minute drive, depending on which access you use. There is a charcoal BBQ in our small fenced back yard. Our house is very low maintenance, we just ask that you water our house plants once a week or so. Thank you for your interest! We’re down a private lane off of Oneawa St with a few other neighbors. It’s a very quiet, respectful neighborhood so we ask that noise is kept down as much as possible. Quiet time after 9 pm, both next door neighbors work early. Thank you! You can message or call us at anytime and we will do our best to get back to you asap We are conveniently located off of the Main Street in Kailua, a mile to the center of Kailua Town, which has tons of great restaurants and shopping, less than a mile to the beach (15 min walk or 5 min bike ride), and less than a mile to the H-3. We have a lava paver driveway in front of the house and grass parking on the side. There is no street parking available. We’re a strict no shoes and no sand in the house household. Please rinse off your feet and legs and leave shoes outside and sandy towels on the hooks by the front door before coming inside. Also, we really try our best to keep bugs outside as best we can (which is kind of impossible in Hawaii), so we ask that you use the sliding screen doors when you have the doors open, the backdoor especially. Most importantly, please use coasters when you have drinks on the wood furniture. Second most importantly, don’t leave any food out unless it’s in a Tupperware or bagged. We ask that only those listed on the reservation be at the house at any time. No guests or parties are permitted. Thank you!
