Therefore, we are unable to provide any guarantees that the hot tub will be up to full working temperature until the morning after arrival. • We regret we are unable to accept bookings that are; all adult groups under 23 years of age. • We would respectfully ask that dog(s) are not permitted on furniture, in bedrooms, left unattended nor to cause a disturbance to neighbours. All signs direct you to Ilfracombe on the A361 Follow the A361 into Braunton. Getting To The Cottage At the main traffic lights in Braunton (Hunter surf shop is on your left) take the left to Saunton, Croyde Georgeham B3231 Follow this road past Saunton into Croyde. Past Unison Croyde bay holiday park on your left hand side and into Croyde, past the Thatch on your left.  Follow the road round sign posted for Georgeham. (passing the Manor pub on the left hand side) Follow this road up past the church and continue for  1.1 mile until you reach Georgeham and 20mph zone Drive through the village centre continuing straight on (Past the Kings Arms pub, Georgeham church and St George house outdoor centre)  Immediately after turn right into 'Rock Hill' and continue up past the Rock Inn pub on the left The road will fork slightly, and Bag End parking can be located on the right.  There is NO road side parking, please ensure all cars are parked on the driveway or in the nearby car park (Just up on the left hand side from the villlage shop)
