Unwind in the living area watching cable on the wall-mounted TV before heading to the fully-equipped kitchen to work your magic–your friends will surely appreciate every single preparation you make! There is even a dishwasher that will help you with the dishes once mealtime is over. The washer/dryer combo is located right under the stairs that lead to the second and third levels. The second level hosts two bedrooms and two en-suite full baths. The primary bedroom also has a private balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The third and last level hosts the primary bedroom with an en-suite full bath with a tub/shower combo and a balcony with views of the complex and pool. THINGS TO KNOW Beach towels are provided. They will be working 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. The pool and surrounding area will be closed for supply and demolition during that time period. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
