This unit does not have air conditioning, however you’ll stay cool with the Maui tradewinds right off the ocean, and there are also ceiling fans throughout. The beautifully remodeled, spacious bathroom features a large walk-in shower and custom tilework. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between the Famous Ka’anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is just a short drive to Lahaina town and Front Street, dining and entertainment at Whaler’s Village in Ka’anapali and championship golf courses in Kapalua. Aside from the beautiful lush green landscaping, Paki Maui also offers all the amenities you need to enjoy your Maui vacation. Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. My Perfect Stays will provide a cooler as well as a complementary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap as well as a starter kit of essentials. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights. If guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, they will owe 100% for all nights.
