It is surrounded by a concrete pool deck and comfortable lounge furniture. There is a railing to help guests enter into the shallow end and plenty of room for everybody to splash and play, no matter the season! This is a private indoor pool meaning it is only accessible to our guests. It is located right at the entrance of the cabin and you can use it all year long (heated). ► BEDROOMS With 3 spacious levels and plenty of room to spread out inside and out, this beautiful log cabin can sleep 16 guests with its 5 large bedrooms & 1 kids room. Main Level: - 1 Master bedroom with 1 King size bed & en-suite bathroom – sleeps 2 - The living room can turn into a sleeping space with the queen sofa bed and a bathroom – sleeps 2 Upper Level: - 1 Master bedroom with 1 King size bed and an in-suite bathroom – sleeps 2 - 1 Bedroom with 1 King size bed that shares a full bathroom – sleeps 2 - 1 Bedroom with 1 Queen size bed that shares a full bathroom – sleeps 2 Lower Level: - 1 Bedroom with 2 Queen beds that shares a full bathroom – sleeps 4 - 1 Kids room with one twin bunk beds and many toys – sleeps 2 ► KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped with all the cookware, cutlery, and appliances you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, tea kettle, Crockpot, Keurig Duo with carafe & single serve pod coffee maker. The dining table comfortably seats 10-12, and there are 4 additional stools at the large kitchen island so everyone in your group can enjoy meals together. ► OUTDOOR GRILL There is a private Gas Grill. We provide the Propane Gas. ► OUTDOOR SPACE After a day of hiking and sightseeing, you have a lot of options to chill: *soak in the private hot tub *enjoy the fresh mountain breeze and beautiful views from our wrap-around balconies/porches *relax by the fire pit. Community fire pit is only 2 min walking distance *take a dip in the pool. Community pool is only 2 min walking distance (open May-September) *fish in the Catch and release pond right underneath the cabin *go for a walk in the Nature trail located within the Community *bring your little ones to the brand new Playground (2 min walking distance) ► FIRE PIT The community fire pit is conveniently located just 2 minutes walking distance. If you plan on using the fire pit, just remember to bring some fire wood (you can find this at the supermarket close by if needed - 7 min drive). ► GAME ROOM All ages will fall in love with this fun space! The room has a billiard table, an air hockey table, a foosball, 2 multi-arcade games and a bar area. You will find an additional full-size refrigerator by the game room to have all your cool drinks available. ► THEATER ROOM Next to the game room you will find the in-home Cinema for a movie night with the family & friends. ► PETS We are a pet friendly cabin and you can bring up to 3 dogs as long as they are house broken/potty trained. The pet fee is $150 for the whole stay. ► KIDS TOYS As parents ourselves, we know how convenient it can be to book a place with kids toys, that is why we wanted to provide that experience to our own guests. Please note that all kids toys found in the home are for different ages and the parents or responsible adults will be held liable for the selection of toys used by their children. ► INTERNET/CABLE High Speed Wireless Internet Smart TVs in the living room/game room/theater room as well as in each bedrooms. ► LAUNDRY Full size washer and dryer. ► AMENITIES Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. ► PRIVATE PARKING Parking for up to 5 vehicles in the driveway. ► ENTRY The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. ► SMOKING No Smoking indoors. Located within Cedar Falls Subdivision, 22 min from Dollywood (10 miles) with a community Swimming pool, Playground, Picnic area with fire pit, Basketball court, Volleyball court, Horseshoes, Nature trail, Catch and release pond. The cabin is located within The Cedar Falls Resort Community which is Located 17 minutes drive from Pigeon Forge, 25 minutes drive from Dollywood Theme Park and 35-45 min drive from Gatlinburg. In accordance with our commitment to excellence and the Sevier County Health Department, all hot tubs are emptied and cleaned prior to each arrival. Therefore, its might take time for the water to reach a preferred temperature on the first day of arrival. For security reasons, we have placed 2 outside cameras, one is located on the entry porch facing the entrance door and one is located facing the driveway. Wyze cameras in place and actively recording. Wyze cameras are activated by motion and will record anyone that walks in front of them. These recordings are saved and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe that house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time. Please remember that you are staying in our home away from home. Please treat our cabin with respect. "Out of our control" problems could arise, please note we will do everything in our power to resolve any issue ASAP, as your comfort means everything to us.
