This cottage offers privacy & sits on over a half acre lot! If you need a Jeep while you are on St John, we rent out our 4 door Jeep Wrangler The entire house is yours! The home is very PRIVATE. There are not many homes around it at all. There are many spaces to chill and be alone even if you are with a group. Pool deck, Side deck, downstairs deck, screened in porch and main level garden courtyard to name a few. I personally picked out everything in the cottage when we redid it in 2021. Most of the furniture is Serena and Lily. My style is Island Coastal :) Many of our guests have described the aesthetic of the home as dreamy and beachy. The Primary suite and twin bedroom each have an en-suite bathroom. The courtyard bedroom was redone in 2023. The location of our home is great because you are right in the town of Coral Bay. Restaurants and grocery stores are only a couple minutes away. You also have quick access to the North or South beaches. We provide all the items you will need for a superb beach day. Towels, chairs, coolers, noodles and some snorkeling gear provided. You will have full access to the entire property. For parties of 4 or less we do not open up the third bedroom ( guest cottage) if you are a party of 4 or less you get access to the primary suite and the twin bedroom. Myself or my property manager are available Lower Carolina Two parking spots and an area to turn your car around. ( hard to find on St John) Check in/ Check Out Please be aware that in order to allow enough time for cleaning we must ask that you observe the 4pm check in time. You may want to pack a towel and bathing suit for a quick beach on the way or visit Skinny Legs in Coral Bay for a Mahi Mahi burger. You're welcome to ask the property manager if earlier check-in is available that day. On the morning you leave, please observe our 10am check out time.
