With neighborhood views of the SF Peaks & Mt Eldon, it has a Flagstaff flair and feel no matter the season With 2,000 sq feet of living space there is room to spread out. Each room is geared toward a rustic style. Photography of local Northern Arizona attractions is displayed throughout the home. This is an Alexa smart home. Echo show and dots are located throughout the home and smart locks are on all exterior doors. (Don't like Alexa? Feel free to unplug the units or request we remove them from the house prior to your arrival.) The entire house and backyard/courtyard/spa are exclusively yours. A few storage closets in the main house and a storage area above the garage (which we primarily utilize as office space for our rental property) are currently unavailable for guest use. There are one to two parking spaces available in the garage and more parking spaces in designated spots throughout the neighborhood. Providing a space is available, we may use the garage to charge out electric car (but you have priority). As a note, we may access the office through the garage during your stay. We will never enter the backyard either through the side gate or the doorway between the garage and the backyard. The windows facing the back are covered with window film for both your and our privacy. We are always available to offer assistance if needed. Nestled amongst Ponderosa Pines, The Predisio in the Pines neighborhood is a quiet and safe newer bedroom community. Perfect for neighborhood walks or a short bike ride. A children's park is a 3 minute walk away. Most lights are out and quiet time starts around 10 pm. There are up to two garaged parking space provided. The garage is 20 feet deep and the door can be controlled via your smart phone and the myQ app. If you are bringing more than two vehicles, there are designated neighborhood parking spaces nearby that are first come first served and are a 1 to 5 minute walk from the house. There are 5 outdoor security cameras on the premises. One at the front door (a ring doorbell), one that has a view of the front yard, two in the garage and one pointed toward the back gate on the side of the garage. There are no cameras indoors in the main house or in the backyard area. The house is best for 6 guests but can accommodate up to 7 comfortably. There is no sleeping on the couch in the living room.
