It has a private elevator for easy access to all levels of the house. 5 Bedrooms total (1 King bed and 5 queen beds) distributed as follows: On the first floor, you will find a six-parking double-garage entrance comfortable enough to also fit several golf carts and/or bikes. The entrance is beautifully set with natural travertine marble floors and a large staircase leading to the main entrance of the property. The Garden Room master suite is also located in this floor. It has two double glass doors that open up to the garden. The Garden Room master suite also has a a comfortable large living room area for couples to relax and enjoy a nice glass of wine with more privacy from the rest of the family or simply enjoy a good movie on their Flat Screen TV. This room has 2 queen beds and a private bathroom. On the second level, the house has two additional master suites with huge walk-in closets and private bathrooms. The Pool-side master suite is equipped with a large jacuzzi for a relaxing bath after a fun-filled beach day. This master suite opens up to the pool area, as well as to the property's Game Room. The Game Room is fully furnished with entertainment for guests of all ages plus a Home Theater. Outside the Game Room you will find a large bathroom for use of the guests who are enjoying a competitive game of pool or for those who are sun bathing and swimming in the pool. On this floor, there are two additional bedrooms with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and a private mezzanine area with views to the natural landscapes of the resort and to the amazing architecture of the neighborhood's homes. As we move to the third level of the property, you will find several living room areas which have been elegantly decorated with luxurious furniture with a minimalist look from designer stores to match the expectations of our high end clients. We have created ample living room areas for the family to entertain large groups of people. The kitchen is also located in this level. It is designed with fine cedar wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The dining room and living rooms are completely covered with hurricane-proof glass doors that open to several beautiful covered/open terraces, as well as to the property's pool and patio area. The terraces overlook the natural landscape of El Yunque Rain Forest from here. Guest have access to all spaces in the house as well as all the restaurants and activities in Palmas. If you want to visit the pool at the Wyndham Hotel, you can purchase passes at ResortPass. The pool at the Beach Club has limited access from Monday-Thursday, please inquire so we arrange to sponsor you. We have full time staff at the Resort. Available from 9-5pm M-F.
