This is a gated community that looks and feels like a high-end resort but is also peaceful and quiet at the same time. Expansive views of the ocean and mountains can be seen from the kitchen, living and dining spaces, as well as the bedroom. Ample storage and closet space for all of your luggage and clothes. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to dine in and feel like home. Dedicated office space in the area between the bedroom and bath. Wi-Fi speed fluctuates between 960 Mbps and 1.1 Gbps. I've had several guests work from here with no issues. Parking is free but you will need to obtain a parking pass from the office when you check in. There is a $100 refundable deposit which will be returned to you when you return the pass to the office at check out. The deposit must be paid in cash. The complex is in Makaha Valley near a golf course, surrounded by mountains and a short distance from the ocean. The area is mainly inhabited by locals and their families. There are 2 local grocery stores, a Saturday Farmers Market, 2 drugstores, 2 hardware stores, several eating establishments, a library, post office, and several parks and beaches. You will need a car to enjoy your stay, although there is a bus stop right in front of the complex that goes all the way to Honolulu. The property is approximately one hour from the airport. This unit is in a gated community. You will need to check in with the office and pay a $100 refundable deposit for a parking pass. The deposit must be paid in cash and will be returned to you when you check out. We only use the deadbolt. Once you are in, please replace the key in the Lockbox. The keys you will use during your stay are on a hook in the kitchen and include a key to the mailbox (located on Floor #3) should you need it. Be sure to leave these keys on the hook when you check out and use the Lockbox key to lock the deadbolt.
