Laundry machine within kitchen, no dishwasher. Bathroom with lavabo and bath tub, separated toilet. Wi-fi, fiber internet connection. Garden, courtyard, outdoor parking space for car. Other things to note No separation between the 2nd and 3rd levels. Sheets optional, bicycles optional. Heating in addition from October to May, approximately 12€ per day.
