A two floor rustic cabin constructed from wood, stone, metal and terracotta. The house has a garden with views and access to the lake and is 10 minutes walk from the main 'tourist trail'. The house is open plan, with a kitchen (+ stove, oven, fridge, drinking water, plates, cooking utensils, etc), living room/dining area and bathroom downstairs, and a large sleeping area upstairs. There are two double beds, and the option of a third bed. Upstairs also has a seating area and balcony with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding hills. Guests have a key to enter the garden and house. The house has WIFI, hot water shower in the bathroom, and safe drinking water provided. Juan Martin lives nearby and is easily contactable during your stay. The house is located on the 'finca road', a few minutes from the dock where boats go to Santiago Atitlan. It is about 10 minutes walk from the main restaurants and bar area, and 10 minutes up the hill to the town center of San Pedro. Because the house is away from the 'party zone' it is nice and quiet, but it is easy to get to and from the center walking or by tuk-tuk. Everything is within walking distance. A map is provided of the town, and there are little stores very near the house. Its a beautiful rustic place to relax, but also easily within reach of all amenities.
