This condo is located in Country Club Villas over looking the 17th. Hole of the Kona Country Club golf course. Ask our team how to get a discount when staying as a guest at Country Club Villas!
Lopaka Punana has 1246 square feet with two bedrooms and a large loft.  The downstairs bedroom's have king bed's and TV's.  The master bedroom has an on-suite bathroom with shower and the other downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower.  The loft has a queen bed and bath with a shower.  Both the dining room table and lanai table's seat six.  Ceiling fans are in every room, including the kitchen and two in the loft.  There are three air conditioning units – living room, master bedroom and downstairs guest bedroom.

The spacious 234 square foot lanai overlooks the 17th. tee and the 10th green of the Kona Country Club Ocean Course.  The ocean view is 180 degrees and includes Keauhou Bay.  The lanai faces west for an always spectacular sunset.  You can see the green flash!
Private and extremely quiet but well located.  Easy walk to Keauhou Bay, Keauhou Shopping Center with a supermarket, shops and dining including island favorite, Sam Choy’s.  Kahaluu Beach Park, Hawaii Island’s best snorkeling bay, is only a short half mile walk.  Keauhou Bay offers ocean kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling trips and fishing excursions - great marlin fishing, trips have been successful !!!  When you go to the beach, six beach towels and a cooler are yours for the using.
Located on Ali’i Drive it offers a leisurely coastal drive directly into Kailua-Kona village.  In a hurry, Kamehameha III Road jumps right into state highway 11 for a trip to Costco, Walmart or access around the island.
Amenities include your own private propane gas BBQ on the lanai.  There are only 116 units in the complex but there are three pools and two tennis courts with one also setup for pickle-ball.  This unit has its own washer and dryer.  The telephone has free local and long distance to the US mainland, Canada and the other Hawaiian Islands.  A DVD player, Wi-Fi and Amazon and Netflix are provided.  TV’s are located in the living room, the master bedroom and the second bedroom.
The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.  There are 12 place settings and all the usual kitchen equipment, pots, pans and serving dishes you have at home. 
Lopaka Punana translates to Robert’s Nest.  Robert (Bob) is one of the founding owners and that's what brought our family to the Big Island.  The name is a take-off on the TV series Magnum PI where Thomas Magnum, played by Tom Selleck, resides as a guest on the Hawaiian estate of lurid novelist Robin Masters.  That estate was called "Robin’s Nest".  Magnum leads an easy lifestyle;  Enjoy's the water, comes and goes as he pleases, works only when he wants, has a refrigerator full of beer ( We drink Kona Longboard or Big Wave) and has unlimited use of a red Ferrari 308 GTS.  We hope your lifestyle while here is like Magnum’s.  Sorry we are still working on getting the Ferrari.

Kona Coast Vacations manages over 200 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of the Big Island ( this island is named Hawaii, same name as the State). We are located right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area ( about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc. Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP. We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners.
