你好，謝謝您的瀏覽，因為空間很大，又通風，免不了會有灰塵，所以出入盡量門窗關起來，因為是畫室如果對環境要求很高，可以斟酌考慮，不是很新的房子，但寬敞，方便，乾淨，近2家便利商店，只開放一組客戶，保有隱私性，很自在，旁邊有濕地公園，大東藝術中心，衛武營。也可以去走走看看，歡迎您對藝術愛好也可以互相切磋聊聊天，很高雄很多地方很好玩，站別於大東捷運站，走到民宿只要15分差不多，如果行李太重可以搭計程車，停車場再附近，會傳位置給您，收費計次一次60元，過6小時再計。大概200元以內，歡迎您的蒞臨，也希望能夠相處愉快。 閱讀，畫圖，創作，都可以 This accommodation for guest is a art studio normally. Even though it is an old apartment but it has bright spacious open area and comfortable environment for you to stay over. We have 1 living room, 2 quest rooms and 2 bathrooms. Each group in 1 room is for 2 people. In order to provide you a quality stay, we’ll only accept 1 group reservation. Since this apartment is a studio, it might not reach the standards as hotel. Please make sure to check below notes before you book: 1. We charged NT500 per person (not a room)/night, if you book over 6 nights it’ll have extra discounts. 2. In order to maintain the quality of your stay, we only accept 1 group for a time, 1 room for 2 guests. But if your group have over 3 people, it’ll has 20% discounts. 3. We’ll prepare shower gel and hair dryer ,but no tooth brush and towel. 4. Only one guest room has air conditioner, no refrigerator. 5. We have MOD TV channel but no WiFi. 6. Please keep quite after 21pm for the neighborhood. 7. There are many convient stores nearby. From Wed. to Sun. It’ll have a night market for 8mins walk and 15-20mins walk to Dadong MRT station and Dadong Arts Center. 8. This apartment is face out the road so it will generates dust, please make sure to close every windows and doors when you leave the apartment every time. 9. Please keep clean while your stay, once we’ve found out the room is dirty or with huge damage after you check out, we’ll charge NT2000-NT8000 for the compensation fee. Please understand!
