Marevista has undergone a complete facelift and series of improvements during 2 major renovations in 2021. It is meant for you to enjoy and appreciate the many, many, appointments. It is all about Form, Function, Comfort, Taste and Cleanliness at Marevista. The new beds have organic and plush Avocado mattresses and the linens are not from a service, but hand selected by me and exclusive to Marevista; with an all seasons duvet on each bed - cooling in the summer, warm in the winter. I am very particular about the cleaning of Marevista, as I am with my property in Charleston. All Cleaning products are chosen by me and are tried and tested; (environmentally sustainable where possible, bleach products and anti-bacterial where necessary). Each room has a TV with apple tv and hundreds of free movies, and a variety of other streaming services are either logged on or available for you to log on. The Master bath has heated floors and a bidet toilet seat for your comfort and convenience. An outside shower and 3 outdoor spigots provide great convenience and ample de-sanding stations. All new appliances have been provided; all stainless in the kitchen. A gas stove with electric oven, excellent venting, a Bosch dishwasher and GE side-by-side stainless fridge are there for your convenience. Also I've gone through all kitchen amenities and made sure every gourmet cook will be pleased. Coffee has been provided: (organic) with drip, nespresso and french press options by which to prepare it. A brand new LG Washer and Dryer are there for your needs, as are environmentally friendly laundry and cleaning products for you to use as needed. Finally there is a brand new HVAC system at Marevista; with twin systems and brand new air handlers which will keep you comfortable during the hot and cold months. *There are stunning views of both Sunrise and Sunset, as the island of Bogue Banks runs east west and the house is South-facing. See photos... Parking at Marevista is quite ample. There is space for at least 4 cars. You must drive into town, but that's kind of the idea... you're here to get away. There is also a dollar general store very close for last minute needs. I live in Charleston, but have a manager locally. Please don't hesitate to call or text or email me for ANY reason at all. My number will be provided and will be listed onsight. Marevista is located in Emerald Isle. It is nestled amongst other rentals and you will not be hampered by the hustle and bustle of town. Town is a convenient few minutes drive away....but there is a gas station, convenience store and Dollar General less than a mile away. You must drive to town, but there is a gas station, convenience store and Dollar General less than a mile away. The Marevista Agreement: *These are all MUST-ABIDE guidelines. You must explicitly agree with them prior to booking. 1. *Marevista IS meant to be an upscale place to enjoy the sea, the beach, make merry, relax, etc., with friends and family, where great pains have been taken to provide excellence in areas of cleanliness, aesthetics, amenities, details, and comfort. It is NOT a place where one should go to engage in Frat House behavior, or inconsiderate, careless behavior. Please treat this house with respect and care! It is meant to stay nice so you will want to return every year. * If you have small children, Please move anything Fragile or Potentially harmful from reach to higher ground! CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF AS YOU GO, LEAVE IT IN GOOD CONDITION, FOLLOW CHECKOUT GUIDELINES COMPLETELY. 2. This is a pet-free and smoking-free house. No exceptions 3. Use exhaust fans in kitchen (high or above) for ALL COOKING – turn off kitchen exhaust when you’ve finished cooking and have cleaned kitchen thoroughly. 4. To prevent GAS DANGER: make sure ALL KNOBS ARE “OFF” WHEN DONE COOKING on kitchen range. 5. Do NOT BBQ or Grill on either of the decks, it is fire hazard and extreme cleanup challenge. Please use our grill or yours in parking lot ONLY. Our Grill: a) Leave it where it is in parking lot. b) Please keep it clean (leave on for a few after you’re done grilling and wire brush clean. c) TURN GAS OFF/WHEN FINISHED, make sure timer has run down. d) Return Brush to underneath, washed Tools to kitchen. Re-cover when cool. 6. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, put bait or your fresh caught fish in our fridge. It Is a Fridge Killer! Please put anything like that in your own cooler, with your own ice, stored outside, downstairs with all other of your fishing equipment. This is important! We will charge for non-compliance. 7. Nothing Sandy inside the House! I realize that this is a beach house, but please leave sandy stuff outside, dry it out, shake it off, wash your feet, use the outdoor shower and spigots, there are 3 for your convenience. And please nothing Sandy in Washing Machine. 8. .*Check-In is 3 PM unless otherwise arranged, and Check-Out is 10 AM. 9. We are on a septic; please only toilet paper in toilets and be mindful of keeping debris and grease from kitchen drain. 10. Please use bathroom vents for 1 hour for every shower, and less for any stink. Please use bathmat for all showers, dry off in tub/shower and hang up bath mat and your towel after every use. Helps us to squeegee master shower when done. 11. Please keep all bedroom blinds closed on hot days. Best to also keep bedroom doors open during day and all fans on low, in order to equalize temp. It is NOT a good idea to open windows or leave exterior doors open on hot days. Keep both systems at similar temps, and please stay at 69 or above. Please raise temp during day while people are in and out, so system doesn’t have to struggle unnecessarily 12. Please never touch living room TV screen, or move TV or allow your kids to or attempt to change or swap out technology or apple tv’s. Use what is there, as is! Also please NEVER attempt to move the beds or any of the main furniture. 13. AWAYS LOCK ALL EXTERIOR DOORS WHENEVER YOU LEAVE 14. PLEASE follow simple check-out instructions to the letter and leave the place in VERY good condition. Otherwise we won't be able to have you back
