This lovely 3-bedroom, 2 bath home is located near the Cree Meadows golf course and several restaurants in the area. Enjoy the nice open floor plan and the bright atmosphere. Cook your favorite meal in the well-stocked full kitchen or cozy up to the fireplace in the living room after exploring all Ruidoso has to offer. The homes open floorplan has a fantastic gathering space and flows easily to the kitchen which is completely equipped /furnished and you may use anything you find in the cupboards or frig if needed. The kitchen has a fresh feel with beautiful white cabinets with plenty of space for prep. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and just about everything you need to prepare meals. Just bring the groceries! Adjacent to the kitchen is a convenient laundry room with new washer and dryer. There are two bedrooms off the living room. One room has a queen bed, bunk bed with full over full over twin trundle bed. It can easily sleep 7 in that room! the other bedroom has a nice queen sized poster bed that can sleep 2. The Master has a king bed with attached bathroom. Both the master and hall bathrooms have a shower (no tub). We have Wifi , Smart Tv with streaming capabilities,basic local channels,, central heat and air, PLEASE NO PETS!! There is a dumpster down at the end of the driveway across the street, when checking out please take all trash out. Driving instructions are emailed 1-7 days prior to arrival. Access code for the remote lock are emailed within 24 hours of arrival. Entry to the home is through the front door. The driveway is paved. During winter months, we will do our best to keep it cleared. Please use your best judgmement and be aware the driveway can take time to thaw heavy packed overnight snow or ice. We do have salt on hand if needed. Please let us know if you need anything. We will make every effort to respond to you as quickly as we can. We do want you to enjoy your stay with us. There will be 2 towels each provided per guest. You do have access to laundry room if needed to wash towels or linens. Very quiet well-established neighborhood. Absolutely NO pets, no smoking/use of illicit drugs (any cigarette butts/litter), no littering, no partying, no housing of guests other than those specified in rental agreement. Plenty of parking in driveway, one space on side of house or street parking. Quiet well-established neighborhood. You will see deer, wild horses and elk.
