Our home is located in one of the best neighborhoods (if not the best) in all of Lansing and is super safe. It is centrally located near shopping centers, theaters, malls, MSU, Downtown Lansing, Sparrow Hospital, river trail for walking or bicycling and many parks all within 2-3 miles plus much more. There's a golf across the street to the west for viewing or playing and a nature area with a 1/2 mile paved walking trail across street to the south that goes around several ponds with wild life. The home has six flower gardens with two porches and two patios to overlook the yard or be in nature. Our home is very peaceful. The kitchen, dining room and laundry area open for use til 9:00pm weekdays and then quiet time. Towels, face cloths, toiletries in linen closet next to bathroom for guests. Guest to furnish their own face soap & tooth paste to make sure they’re not allergic to ours. We are always available by phone, text or in person. We like to be social but not intruding. The neighborhood is beautiful for walking or biking and is well lit up at night time and very safe. 1.) Guest have use of common areas plus patios or porch outside viewing golf course 2.) Paved walking trail in nature area around four ponds with ducks, geese, swans, herrings and quite often deer across the street to the south of the house. Pretty much anything you want is close by car or bike. There’s a great paved walking/biking trail along the river through Lansing and MSU that are connected a short ways away. The public transportation (bus) runs every hour during the week to downtown, Walmart’s, MSU, Meijer, Sparrow hospital making connections throughout the area during the week, but not on the weekends.
