Forget your worries in this spacious and serene apartment with your own private pool and surrounding area maximized for relaxation and located less than 10 minutes driving to downtown Oranjestad and 15 minutes driving to our famous Eagle Beach. Spacious and comfortable fully airconditioned apartment with fast WIFI service; 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and an attached bathroom. In the bedroom you will find a safety deposit box to store your valuables. Plenty of space to store your belongings, an iron and an ironing board. A smart TV with Premium Cable service is connected to the internet. In the bathroom you will find hairdryer and toiletries such as shampoo - conditioner - bodywash. The living and kitchen area is well equipped for all your cooking needs. There is a TV with Premium Cable. A dedicated work space is located in the living area. Outside you have your own pool and seating area which is fully fenced for your exclusive use and privacy. You will have your own private entrance to the patio/pooldeck area which is fully fenced for your utmost privacy We do live on the same property but we respect your privacy. Because of the layout we do not necessarily cross paths but we are always available for communication either on the phone or in person. We are located in Tanki Leendert which is 10 minutes or less driving to downtown Oranjestad and about 15 minutes driving to the highrise hotels area. Tanki leendert is in between Oranjestad and the Noord/Palm Beach area. We are situated in a residential area and we do have a great group of neighbors, please be respectful of them and quiet times. If you see them give a friendly hello. There are some convenience stores within walking distance and bigger supermarkets 3 minutes driving from here. For eateries you will find Torino’s and Glenn’s Place which will be walking distance. And Domino’s - Subway - Wendy’s and other small restaurants will also be close by. A rental car is recommended since public transportation doesn’t pass by in our street. You will find 2 beach chairs, beachtowels, a small icejug and pool noodles. A small clothesrack is available outside for drying your towels or other garments.
