This is an artsy office for my wife's private practice that we also open up as an Airbnb space for one person. There is a big comfy leather recliner & a nice sofa couch that makes up into a double sized, comfy bed. There is a large soaker bathtub (no shower) in the private bath with hot water on demand. It's a tiny space, office and bath combined are 166 sq ft. The space is colorful with lots of art, some of a sexual nature (think erotic Japanese wood block), as my wife is a sex therapist. Artsy, cozy, very small space for one person. This office is located in our backyard, and is shares walls with our studio Airbnb. It shares a separate entrance to the yard, with the studio. There is no kitchen access nor eating allowed inside. There is a porch with seating available so guests can snack outside on the porch if they want, but when it's cold outside, that might not be a preferable option. There is a hot water kettle and cups for making tea, and a tiny refrigerator for keeping drinks cold. Please have your government ID verified (a simple process to upload) and your profile filled in before you request to book as this helps create trust and transparency in the Airbnb community. Thanks! We absolutely welcome those who book with us, but it's essential that guests who stay here are well suited for the space--if you are neat, conscientious, and low impact on your environment, as well as not being offended by naked bodies in art, you should be a good match. We do hope you enjoy this tiny space and we only charge a $5. cleaning fee to cover washing the linens and to keep the cost down for you--with that we ask that you are conscientious about cleaning up after yourself to keep the space nice and clean. 1. If you use the wonderful soaker tub, please clean it thoroughly after each use. 2. Please leave the toilet and sink clean. 3.Guys, please sit down when you pee to avoid splashes. 4.No food inside please, but you are welcome to keep your drinks cold in refrigerator or to make a cup of hot tea or coffee. Please wash your cup afterwards. 5. There is an outside garbage close by for you to empty the waste basket. 6. Sorry, no guests please. It’s just too small of a space for you to keep company. Because we limit this space to a maximum 1 night booking Sunday-Thursday, there is a glitch on the site that doesn't allow us to show that it is available for longer stays on the weekends--up to 3 nights starting on Friday and up to two nights, starting on Saturday. If you let us know that you would like an extra night or two in a booking request, we can send you a special offer for the extra nights. Also, Saturday and Sunday check-in time starts at 3:00 p.m., rather than 5:00 p.m.
