Located in Skylake, a gated community, the Clubhouse has an indoor basketball court, access to Skylake-owned canoes, and tennis or pickle ball courts plus seasonal pool. Wifi available at the cabin. One dog allowed with additional pet fee per night. The whole cabin is yours during your stay. Included in your fee is limited access to the clubhouse, the Skylake canoes, tennis courts, summertime pool, and many hiking trails. Any concerns? We are only a phone call away! You will have this cabin all to yourselves. We like to come and meet and greet you in the beginning and give you info and will come and do a move-out inspection after you leave. Skylake is a unique mountain community in that it is gated and yet not pretenious. All homes have to blend into the environment. We love to walk to the clubhouse in the morning and sit on the rocking chairs overlooking the lake. So serene. Skylake is such a wonderful place to relax and live. You have the security of a gated community and the beauty of a natural setting. We love all the fun activities and often don't leave the Skylake community when we go stay. (except to eat out, of course. We'll send you a list of nearby restaurants). We do love the concerts, plays and gallery at the nearby Sautee Nacoochee Community Center and museum. Helen, GA is only about 8 miles away. Have fun! You will need a car to get to the cabin and enjoy the surrounding area. Helen is about 8 miles away and lots of people like to tube the river from there. We will give you a list of our favorite restaurants and we leave a local map of the area so that you can see how to get to various nearby hiking trails and local shops. Skylake Property Owners Association requires a minimum stay of 30 days for rentals. After you reserve the cabin with Airbnb, we will send you the lease the Property Owners Association requires. This Airbnb reservation is dependent on POA lease approval, which is typically completed within a week. ABSOLUTELY No smoking on the property.
