There is a very nice walkway in front of the building and a bus stop a few blocks away. Hello, I am usually not at the building but I am a short phone call away if need it. The apartment is across the street from the ocean and walking distance to the beach. Guest can jog on Alii drive, take the bus to downtown Kona or use it as a base to explore the entire island. We are 5 minutes away from a shopping center with a super market, restaurants a drug store and much more. Guests can take the trolley a few meters away from the house, ride bikes or drive every where. This apartment is in the second floor of a 3 story building. Once in while, other apartment owners might do remodeling work on their units, between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and there might be some noise but all of us try to minimize the noise and let other owners know when there is going to be work.
