There is plenty of room for parking for up to 2 cars plus street parking. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, cooler bags, beach mats, boogie boards and more are provided. This spacious home has 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. ***The 2 back bedrooms (one being the master) are connected to each other through a hallway door, so you must go through one bedroom to get to the next. The master is also accessible through an outdoor slider leading to the backyard. Both rooms have their own private bathrooms!*** The home is located on a large property that also accommodates our onsite operator - Mailia, and a smaller cottage that is rented out to other guests. The main house & back yard is private to you with the only shared space being the parking area. We ask that you be mindful of noise out of respect to our other guests and neighbors, especially during our quiet hours of 10pm-8am. In compliance with C&C rules this property will be made available to you for a period of 90 days or more, please message me for further clarification. This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 90 consecutive days or more at any one time “Questions contact owner.” If you are needing a rental car during your stay, we offer a discount on our TURO vehicle (GMC Yukon XL 2021) as a thank you for booking with us. A note to our guests - Due to local licensing regulations, there is an operator who lives onsite and is available if needed, but will otherwise not interact with you (unless you need something!). We also have a cottage onsite, which has a completely separate entrance and outside area. The only shared space between guests is the parking lot/driveway.
