Our guesthouse is equipped with all the comforts of home plus plenty of space to let you relax while still being minutes from downtown Jefferson City, home of C-N Univ. Start your day with coffee on the large covered back porch while planning your day at Cherokee or Douglas Lake, exploring the Great Smoky Mountains or Panther Creek State Park, or visting Dollywood The guesthouse is 1200 square feet of living space. Master Bedroom with king size bed and walk in closet. The den as a large L-shaped sectional equipped with a queensize sleeper. The kitchen is set up with full size appliances and a gas powered stove plus all the housewares needed to prepare meals.The countertops are granite for easy clean up. The bathroom as a large walk in shower and large vanity area. There's a reading nook equipped with a relaxing chair and ottoman plus day bed for lounging while reading about your next adventure. There's a full size laundry room should you want to take home clean clothes. We are surrounded by our neighbor's cattle farm while our own horses stroll through our pastures. In springtime, our back yard is adorned with wonderful garden flowers as well a vegetable garden. The reservation provides entire guesthouse, covered back porch and access to the pool when in season. We have a fire pit for use as well. Our parking area is large and we are often playing basket ball or corn hole. Additional parking is available for boats and RVs in the pasture area. We live on the property and are accessible for ideas on area activities and directions! We are in the country yet we can get to a Wal-mart in about 6 minutes! We are surrounded by cows with other homes in view but not in yelling distance.
