Our home has a privileged location inside a closed neighborhood, in the limit of Lima, San Miguel and Pueblo libre districts. There is a minimarket right in front of the house, where you can get groceries. Also, 1 block away you have Carlos Lisson, a brand new park for you to enjoy, and many stores around (bakery, pharmacies, etc). You can make use of all common areas (terrace) always taking into account that use of masks in those spaces is mandatory. This is a studio with a kitchenette and a private ensuite bathroom inside, and a double bed for 2 people max (please select the number of people that will be staying in the same room, as the price varies depending on the number). We have other studio available in case this one isn't. We are a little happy family hoping you enjoy the space, as well as take care of yourself and the people living in the house, following the protocols of social distancing and cleaning stablished by The WHO and the Peruvian government. What will you get for booking this studio? -Practicality: you will have a kitchenette inside the studio, where you can prepare all your meals. In front you have a minimarket from which you can get all the supplies you need to cook, among other things. -High-speed Internet (150 MBPs) for you to enjoy, especially if you are doing Home Office. This studio has dedicated internet, only for the users in the studio. -Private bathroom inside the room with shower with hot and cold water. -TV with Netflix inside the room. -Access to the washing machine, one load per week (detergent not included). -Access to the dryer, one load per week. *Cleaning of the studio is the guest's responsibility (we give you the necessary things to do that duty). You will receive a sparkling studio, but we are not doing the cleaning after your arrival due to the pandemic, and we are not charging cleaning fees for that reason.
