Aloha, We are the new owners of a Beach Front condo with a Mountain View at Lahaina Shores, Unit #230. Our special place is close to everything! The Lanai faces the gorgeous West Maui Mountains. The complex is literally on the beach, so just step out of the condo, walk a few steps, take the elevator down one level and you will walk through the lobby and onto the Beach! You can swim in the pool or relax in the jacuzzi! Or, walk two minutes to 505 Front Street- restaurants or watch the Luau! Pool, jacuzzi, BBQ grill! Laundry room on each floor with four washers and four dryers that are credit card operated. We are new owners. Please feel free to reach out by text, call, or email. Ty! World Famous Front Street, Fleetwood Mac’s, Asian Museum, Banyan Tree Walk, ride bikes Please keep the sliding doors shut to keep the AC running. The AC will automatically shut off if the sliding doors are even slightly left ajar. Also, if you leave for an extended period of time, the AC sensors will automatically return the set temperature to 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Note: this automatic system is set up by the HOA to conserve energy. Aloha! We are the new private owners of Lahaina Shores Unit- 230, a second floor centrally air-conditioned studio spacious for up to two guests with a cozy private lanai that allows you to view the gorgeous West Maui Mountains, from inside the condo. We have newly painted, decorated, and supplied our home away from home in paradise, the heart of Lahaina. We are very excited to share our “gem” with you! There is one pool on site as well as one jacuzzi. Enjoy the swimming pool being only a few steps away! Also, there are two gas BBQ grills with the most convenient one being right next to the pool. Cook and swim at the same time! Snorkel with the Turtles at the World Famous Lahaina Beach that is only a short walk away through the lobby! Shop and dine at the 505 Front Street Village by taking a two minute leisurely stroll through the secret entrance! Walk two more minutes to Lahaina’s famous Front Street to find an array of delicious meals offered at the best restaurants in Maui or shop 'til you drop at the Outlets! Here are just a few amenities that we hope you will enjoy: - one cal king bed - porcelain tile flooring throughout entire condo and lanai with new 8 x 10 ft rug - all new fully equipped kitchen includes new dishes, silverware, cutlery and utensils, glassware, Tupperware, pots, pans, and marble kitchen accessories, etc. - new full size stainless steel refrigerator - smart plugs - beach wagon - ice chest - beach chairs and beach umbrella - pool toys - beach toys - new 5O in. flat screen - walk-in shower - upgraded free high speed internet and cable NOTE: AT time of check-in, Lahaina shores will charge $4.00/day for parking. Lahaina shores will place a $100 credit card hold for incidentals like smoking and not returning the parking garage key card. Also, the laundry room is on the second floor just next to the elevators. You can throw your trash in there as well. Each laundry cycle costs $2.50/load. This is a NON-smoking unit. No pets allowed. The condo is professionally cleaned per Hawaii State Laws.
