This is a very Cozy, Clean, and Modern place. It’s located in the middle of the island area Paradera. 7 Minutes from the airport 10 Minutes from Downtown and 12 Minutes from the high rise. There are small supermarkets nearby. The place has a beautiful salt water pool with a waterfall that will be cleaned professional twice a week. Update *** we have installed a Hot Shower There is a shared laundry with a modern Samsung Electric washer and dryer we don’t provide laundry detergent. You are able to use all the space around the house. While staying at our place i try to communicate as much a possible by App or Message in case you have any questions. You can park in front of the house there is a lot of space the residence and also the island is very save! In case you rent our car you can park on the property under the carport.
