The flat is located in a recently built gated community in Ataşehir, one of the most central locations in Istanbul. The house is fully furnished from a dedicated working space to air conditioning. Internet (fiber), heating etc. are working well. There are 2 balconies with a good city and pool view. Since the building is located in a new gated community, gym is not active yet. The flat includes TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dish washer, fridge, owen, microwave. Guests can also find basic kitchen equipment such as plates and kettle. All the furniture, white appliances, and equipment in the house are new. Both bedrooms and the living room are thorough-lighted due to wall-size windows. In one of the bedrooms there is a queen size bed, a big wardrobe, and a chiffonier. In the other bedroom there one-person bed, big wardrobe, and a working table. There is also a small balcony with a wide city view, including new finance center, in this room. This room can be used as a dedicated working place or one person to stay. There is a private closed parking area under the building. Guests can use it for free. Since this is a very new place, it does not seem very tied up. Just next to building, there is a main bus station so in every 5 min. there are buses that goes to Kadıköy, Üsküdar, Kozyatağı etc. I am always willing to help to guests during their stay. They can always contact me in case they need anything. I live close by so I can come and try to help if necessary. Guests can even contact me after their stay in case they need reccomendation or something. The flat is located in Western Ataşehir. It is not very popular place among young people like Besiktas or Kadikoy. However, there are many cafes, restaurants etc, around you can basically find everything (but just not very fancy ones). There is a small coffee place run by reward-winning barista next to building. He also provide barista training. The flat is located in Western Atasehir. From the apartment, it takes less than 10 min. to Bosphorous bridge by car so it is very easy to go European side. It takes around 5 min to big shopping centers by car (Emar, Watergarden) and 15 min to go to Kadikoy. Taxi would cost 1.5-2.5 USD to both places.
